  Our mission is to empower girls between the ages of 8 and 18 by providing comprehensive support through structured mentorship, essential life skills training, and dynamic leadership development programs. We are committed to nurturing their confidence, expanding their educational opportunities, and equipping them with the tools necessary to become resilient, knowledgeable, and impactful women who lead with purpose and integrity in their communities and beyond.

Girlz to Queenz was founded in 2022 by Miss Meyacca Bob, driven by the profound belief that investing in young women today is investing in a brighter, more equitable future for all. We saw a need for a supportive ecosystem that goes beyond traditional education, offering a holistic approach to empowerment that addresses social, emotional, and practical growth. Our team is comprised of passionate educators, mentors, community leaders, and volunteers who are deeply committed to the well-being and success of every girl we serve. 

We offer a dynamic range of programs and initiatives designed to cultivate the essential qualities of a queen:

• Leadership Development Workshops: Equipping young women with the skills to lead with confidence, effectively communicate, and inspire others through interactive sessions, public speaking practice, and community project initiatives.

• Self-Esteem & Confidence Building Programs: Fostering a positive self-image, resilience, and emotional intelligence through workshops on body positivity, mindfulness, healthy relationships, and overcoming adversity.

• Life Skills Training: Preparing girls for independent and successful futures with practical knowledge in areas such as financial literacy, career exploration, digital citizenship, and conflict resolution.

• Mentorship Programs: Connecting young women with accomplished female role models who provide guidance, encouragement, and real-world insights, fostering lasting relationships that inspire growth.

• Community Engagement & Advocacy: Encouraging civic responsibility and empowering girls to become advocates for issues they care about, fostering a sense of social justice and community contribution.
