Girlz to Queenz Inc. is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to empowering girls through mentorship, leadership development, and educational programs. As a charitable organization, we rely on donations and payments for our services, events, and programs. Our goal is to provide clarity and transparency in how we manage refunds.

All donations to Girlz to Queenz Inc. are final and non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed, it is considered a charitable contribution, and we are unable to issue refunds for donations. Donors will receive a receipt for tax purposes, and the transaction is completed as a gift to support the mission of the organization.

In the rare event that a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate donation), please contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and provide a resolution as appropriate, including potential adjustments if an error was made.

Event Registration Fees:
Fees paid for events, workshops, or other activities hosted by Girlz to Queenz Inc. are generally non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

• Event Cancellations: If an event is canceled by Girlz to Queenz Inc., a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
   
• Medical or Emergency Situations: In cases of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to process such requests.
   

Refund requests for event registration should be submitted no later than 14 days before the event start date. After this period, no refunds will be processed unless the event is canceled or postponed.

Program Rgistration Fees:
For programs and services provided by Girlz to Queenz Inc., such as mentorship, life skills training, or leadership programs, registration fees may be refundable under specific conditions:

• Cancellation by the Organization: If Girlz to Queenz Inc. cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund for any fees paid.
   
• Cancellation by Participant: Refunds for program cancellations made by the participant are only available up to 14 days before the program start date. After this time, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified.
